Civil Litigation & Injunctions

Matters in which a party seeks an order from a civil court, whether for the payment of a sum, the performance of an obligation, a declaration of a legal right, or restraint of the conduct of another party.

Injunctions may be temporary, granted during the pendency of a suit, or permanent, granted at the conclusion of the proceedings.

Family & Personal Law

Matters of a civil nature arising between members of a family, or affecting the rights of a family member, and proceedings relating to the estate of a deceased person.

Criminal Litigation

Matters arising out of criminal proceedings, from the stage at which a complaint is made to the conclusion of an appeal. The work includes representation before the criminal courts and in appellate proceedings.
